Not completely as advertised |

I received my mani quickly. I was disappointed that the advertisement states "18" afro head" but hair was only 5-7" throughout the head. I contacted the company & was told by a rep. "All of our Celebrity brand mannequins are measured from the bang to tip of hair in the back, thus giving the "overall" hair length. Some manufacturers also measure hair from the crown of the head. I understand that this measure skips through hair layers and may not represent the mannequin accurately."
If "it may not represent the mannequin accurately" then the description should be corrected. I reviewed the description which shows the break down of the measurements. The advertisement "18" isn't consistent with the description of the actual mannequin. The hair texture is NOT afro but more of a wavy, tangled, Caucasian-blend and won't work for 2 strands, locs, afro pick styling, or comb coiling. The mannequin head wasn't bad just not what I thought I was paying for. The company did offer a full refund.
