RETURNS & WARRANTY CLAIMS
With Giell you can count on easy returns or warranty claims. All you need to do is call or email us with your request, and we'll take care of everything.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase
- You can return your order for a full refund, for any reason, up to 30 DAYS after you received it. We will even pay for the return shipping cost.
Your order was received damaged, or the item you received is not working properly
- Just contact us by phone or email and we will immediately send you a replacement. If we need you to return the damaged / defective goods, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
You want to return product(s), but it's been more than 30 days
- So long as the product(s) has not been used, we will accept returns up to 1 YEAR after your purchase. Please note that after the 30 days initial return period has passed, a store credit will be issued instead of a monetary refund. We will still pay for the return shipping cost.
