How do I return an item?
General guidelines for returning an item to us
Reasons for a return
You may return an item for any of the following reasons:
- The product was damaged in transit
- I received a defective item
- Item was working initially, but isn't working anymore
- Not satisfied with the item / Not what I expected
- I like the item but would prefer a different size / color / model
Time Limit
If any of the items you ordered is defective, or was damaged during transit, you have 30 days to notify us after receipt of the order.
In all other cases, you are eligible for a return up to 15 days after receipt of your order.
Warranty Claims
We will process manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Please contact us prior to returning an item for warranty.
Return shipping cost
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged during transit or is defective.
How the refund is applied
If the returned item is returned new, in its unopened and original packaging, a refund will be posted to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original order.
If the item has been used, or cannot be re-sold for sanitary reasons, a store credit will be applied to your account for the original order amount.
The initial shipping charge paid by the customer is refunded, but only up to the value of standard shipping.
What documents do I need to provide upon return
Include a note inside the returned package with the following information:
- Your complete name, address and phone number
- Your order number
- Reason for return
